(They are) the Siddhas of the agency of emanation (蝉峁涐梗峁璱办补谤迟峁�-迟惫补). They are the doors to heaven and have reached the other side (of the ocean of bondage). They have burst apart the limitless worlds of hell and are the only ones able to bestow liberation.
