: What is India: Epigraphia Indica volume XXXI (1955-56)Samehaka is the name of a village (驳谤腻尘补) mentioned in the 鈥淧late of Subhik峁r膩jadeva鈥� (tenth century A.D.).
This inscribed copper plate (mentioning Samehaka) is preserved in the temple of Yogabadar墨 (one of the Pa帽cabadar墨) at P膩峁囜笉uke艣var (P膩峁囜笉uke艣vara). It records the grant of many pieces of land, situated in the vi峁yas (districts) of 峁琣峁単a峁嚹乸ura and Antara峁単a made by king Subhik峁 in favour of three deities.
