(निद्राबल) refers to the “power of sleep� according to the 2nd century Mahāprajñāpāramitāśāstra chapter 11. By the power of sleep (Ծ), the dreamer sees something there where there is nothing. In the same way, by the power of the sleep of ignorance (), a person believes in the existence of all kinds of things that do not exist, e.g., ‘me� and ‘mine� (ٳٳīⲹ), male and female, etc.
