Kuṟumpar (குறும்பர�) noun < idem.

1. Petty chieftains; குறுநிலமன்னர�. குறும்பருங� குழீஇய [kurunilamannar. kurumbarung kuzhiiya] (பெருȨகத� உஞ்சைக�. [perungathai unchaig.] 43, 55).

2. cf. kulambhara. An aboriginal tribe; ஒர� பழமலையந்தாதிையான சாதியார். [oru pazhamaiyana sathiyar.]
