: Ancient Buddhist Texts: Geography of Early BuddhismKu峁囜笉iya (啶曕啶｀啶∴た啶�) is the name of an ancient locality situated in Majjhimadesa (Middle Country) of ancient India, as recorded in the P膩li Buddhist texts (detailing the geography of ancient India as it was known in to Early Buddhism).鈥擣rom the As膩tar奴pa J膩taka we know that near the city of Ku峁囜笉iya was the Ku峁囜笉adh膩navana where the Buddha told a story about Suppav膩s膩, a lay sister, who was a daughter of King Koliya.
