Khacheda (खछेद) is another name for Khahara or “number divided by zero� (i.e., “that number with zero as denominator�), in ancient Indian mathematics (ṇiٲ-śٰ).—The quotient of division by zero of a finite quantity has been called by Bhāskara II as khahara, which is synonymous with khacheda (the quantity with zero as denominator) of Brahmagupta.
