: Shodhganga: The significance of the mūla-beras (śilpa)Chakratālvār is the name of a deity depicted at the Kallazhagar Temple in Madurai, which represents a sacred place for the worship of Viṣṇu.—Chakratālvār is represented with eighteen hands. This image is made of stone and the same figure is found as ܳٲ-ūپ in front of the stone figure.
