(Ingredients of Āvalavaṭe): juice of gooseberry, roasted rice flour, sesame and asafoetida.
(Cooking instructions): The juice of gooseberry mixed with roasted flour of rice, sesame and asafoetida are spread out into thin circular pieces and fried in oil to form 屹ṭe.
