Antyāvasāyin (अन्त्यावसायिन्).�m., f. () A man of a degraded tribe, the offspring of a Niṣādī woman by a Chāṇḍāla male. According to Angiras this term comprehends seven classes, viz. cāṇḍāla, śvapaca, kṣatt�, sūta, vaidehaka, māgadha and Dz qq. vv.; Vijnāneśvara applies it to Chāṇḍālas and men who have become outcastes in general: ‘cṇḍ貹پī峾�. Comp. Գ屹⾱ and antyaja. E. antya and lit. ‘engaged in the lowest occupations�.
