4.18. Temples at Vaghela or Vyagrapalli
Vaghela or Vyagrapalli is about 7 kms. west from Delmal ( Dist. Mehsana). At this village, says Mr. Forbes is a temple similar in style to those which have been described (Modhera etc.) but of smaller dimension. It consists of a single open mandapa, one storey in height with pyramidal roof, three porticoes and an adytum surmounted by a spire. 244 This no longer exists, not even a vestige of its foundation remains 245 241.
