Triveni to be a Quarterly

K. Ramakotiswara Rau

...he that laboureth  right for love of Me
Shall finally attain! But, if in this
Thy faint heart fails, bring Me thy failure!
The Song Celestial

The experiment to run Triveni as a monthly has not been successful. The Publisher, Mr. S. Viswanathan, has sustained a loss on the Journal. I am, therefore, taking it from him.

With my limited resources, I can publish Triveni only as a Quarterly. And I require some time to reorgnise the business side. The first number of The Triveni Quarterly (Vol. XXI, No. 1) will appear on the 25th of January, 1950, on the eve of the inaugaration of the new Constitution of Free India.
