After this one should bring his mind flowing from
Muladhar to Ajna chakra level, which is at the level of
Kutastha (according to Gita) which the area between the
eyebrows. From the back at this stage one should bend
forward and should hold all the toes of the right stetched
let and should try to touch his eyes with the knee joint.
When this is done one should start counting OM-1, OM-2
like this upto 12 times. After this he should sit straight
again and should bring the hands on the knee and should flow
the mind from the front to the back side at the Ajna Chakra
level and then flow the mind downward to Muladhar Chakra.
Next this process is repeated by sitting on the
right ankle and by keeping the left leg straight and lastly
both the legs are kept straight by sitting straight by
putting both hands on the knee joints, then when the mind
is brought at the point between the eyebrows, the body is
bent forward to hold all the toes with the hands and one
should try to touch the eyes with the knee. The other
processes are repeated like above. All these three makes
one set of Mahamudra. One should start with one and should
reach maximum upto 12 times. The advantage of doing this is
that the Vyan and Udana vayu is regulated that is balanced.
Udan usually gives eructions at the time of getting
balanced. All the above processes are done in the morning
time. While practicing in the night time one should do
Yonimudra before doing Manamudra. Here Yonimudra is practiced
fourth and Mahamudra in the last.
