Ghuśmā was an ardent devotee of Ś. She performed penance in order to get Ś’s grace to bring back her son to life. Ś felt extremely pleased by her devotion and desired to give her a boon. Then Ghuśmā told Ś that if he is desirous of giving her a boon, it should be that Ś will be lodged here in her name for the protection of the world. Ś gave the boon and from that day, he was popular by the name ҳśś.[1]
