2.33. 艢颈惫补 as 骋丑耻艣尘别艣惫补谤补
Ghu艣m膩 was an ardent devotee of 艢颈惫补. She performed penance in order to get 艢颈惫补鈥檚 grace to bring back her son to life. 艢颈惫补 felt extremely pleased by her devotion and desired to give her a boon. Then Ghu艣m膩 told 艢颈惫补 that if he is desirous of giving her a boon, it should be that 艢颈惫补 will be lodged here in her name for the protection of the world. 艢颈惫补 gave the boon and from that day, he was popular by the name 骋丑耻艣尘别艣惫补谤补.[1]
