4. Atharvaveda-蝉补峁僪颈迟腻 (c): Rudra鈥檚 all pervading nature
The adorers make obeisance to Rudra who is present in the fire, water, who has entered into the herbs, plants and who has formed all the creatures.[1] S膩ya峁嚹乧膩rya says that Rudra is the creator of the entire world and all beings.[2] Rudra is called the giver of the wealth[3] and it is also said that all the stars, moon are under his control.[4]
