This character is not presented directly on the stage. In the second Act’s interlude Chardi informs that his friends, the five Ś (rogas) are also fully involved in serving ṇḍ.
According to Āܰ岹, both (roga) and Ś (roga) are of five kinds and they help each other develop (com.p.77):
utpattisthanahetūpaśayasaṅkhyādibhi� kāsena saha śⲹ ܳٲ� samāvasthasadbhāvāt kāsasya śvāsena saha praṇayitva� prasajyate |
