chapter II Major goddesses Laksmi in Yantra. The Laksmi yantra is a condensed version of the goddess Laksmi. श्रीलक्ष्मीपूजनयन्त्र [śīṣmīūᲹԲⲹԳٰ ] 133 A yantra in its physical aspect stands for the cosmos
presided by the deity placed in the center and surrounded by other
deities who are subservient or helpful to the principal goddesses. In
the subtle aspect, the mantras particularly the seed mantras make it
alive and potent in the sense that the deity in the form of a yantra is
further reduced to the form of syllables. Below the second type of
Lakṣmi yantra is given which is according to various works of
Tantra 199. Both the Yantra S, are enclosed within a gate of the
Bhupuram. Instead of triangles, these yantra s make use of lotuses in
their body.
