yana, kausitaka etc. deal with the topic of hala-pravartanam or

ceremonies of ploughing. The parasara & Brhat-parasara smrtis
also refer to some such rites, related with agriculture. The
present text also contains (458-468) the description of the
rite of yoking the plough, which is a sacrament specially
connected with vaisya & farming.
