USE OF MATERIAL
The material used for the construction of houses is of great relevance in
the present study. The material remains reveal that mainly mud-bricks,
burnt bricks, wood and stone were used for construction purposes. The
MP describes baked-bricks, wood and earth for the house construction.
The work further recommends that timber for house could be procured
from the nearby forests.'
