Story of 碍补办峁蝉别苍补
General information.
(i) A King who was the grandson of 础惫墨办峁迟 and son of 笔补谤墨办峁迟. For genealogy see '笔补谤墨办峁迟'.
(ii) Ugrasena, Citrasena, Indrasena, 厂耻峁峁嘺 and 叠丑墨尘补蝉别苍补 were his brothers. (Chapter 94, 膧di Parva).
Other details.
(i) 碍补办峁蝉别苍补 was a member of the court of Yama. (Chapter 8, 厂补产丑腻 Parva).
(ii) 碍补办峁蝉别苍补 was considered to be one among the pious souls, like 艢颈产颈, Pratardana, Rantideva, 础尘产补谤墨峁, Janamejaya, V峁涐梗膩darbhi, 笔补谤补艣耻谤腻尘补, 艢r墨 R膩ma, Karandhama and Mitrasaha who had attained salvation by their charity and righteousness. 惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 states that 碍补办峁蝉别苍补 the saintly king attained salvation by presenting gifts to the great 痴补蝉颈峁ａ弓丑补.
