Commentary
It is now stated that it is the case-ending which expresses this power.

[Words like do-er (办腻谤补办补), means (蝉腻诲丑补苍补), starting point (补辫腻诲腻苍补) denote primarily things which help in the accomplishment of the action. They do not express the power of those things to help. That is done by the case- endings. Sometimes also by the secondary nominal affixes as in 艣补迟别苍补 办谤墨迟补岣� 艣补迟测补岣�. In yatra and tatra, it is the suffix tral which expresses it. In 补苍迟补谤腻 m膩峁� ca tv膩峁� ca kama峁囜笉alu岣�, the indeclinable 鈥�补苍迟补谤腻鈥� expresses location.]
