The Garga-samhita Verse 2.9.32, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 9 (Brahma’s Prayers) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

अपराधं तु पुत्रस्य
मातृवत� त्वं क्षमस्� �
अह� त्वन�-नाभि-कमलात्
सम्भवो ऽह� जगत्-पत�

aparādha� tu putrasya
mātṛvat tva� kṣamasva ca
aha� tvan--kamalāt
sambhavo 'ha� jagat-pate

貹󲹳�offense; ٳ�indeed; ٰܳⲹ�of a son; ṛv�like a mother; ٱ�You; ṣa�please forgive; and; 󲹳�I; tvatof You; navel; 첹�from the lotus; 󲹱ḥ�birth; 󲹳�I; jagatof the universe; pateO master.

English translation of verse 2.9.32:

O Lord of the universe, I was born from the lotus of Your navel. As a mother forgives her son's offense, please forgive me.
