अपराधं तु पुत्रस्य
मातृवत� त्वं क्षमस्� �
अह� त्वन�-नाभि-कमलात्
सम्भवो ऽह� जगत्-पत�
aparādha� tu putrasya
mātṛvat tva� kṣamasva ca
aha� tvan--kamalāt
sambhavo 'ha� jagat-pate
貹�offense; ٳ�indeed; ٰܳⲹ�of a son; ṛv�like a mother; ٱ�You; ṣa�please forgive; �and; �I; tvat�of You; �navel; 첹�from the lotus; ḥ�birth; �I; jagat�of the universe; pate�O master.
English translation of verse 2.9.32:
O Lord of the universe, I was born from the lotus of Your navel. As a mother forgives her son's offense, please forgive me.
