Summary: The Sanskrit edition of the Brihat-katha-shloka-samgraha: an epic story in the form of a narrative detailling Naravahanadatta’s quest to become the emperor of the Vidyadharas. Similair to the Kathasaritsagara, the Brhatkathaslokasamgraha also represents one of the several abridgements of the “Great Story� (Brihatkatha), said to have originally consisted of 700,000 shlokas (metrical verses).
