: ORA: Amanaska (king of all yogas): A Critical Edition and Annotated Translation by Jason Birch痴测腻诲丑颈丑补谤补 (啶掂啶ぞ啶оた啶灌ぐ) refers to 鈥渢hat which removes diseases鈥�, according to the Gurug墨t膩 (60).鈥擜ccordingly, 鈥淧eople do not obtain the state of 艢iva by [practising] hundreds of 辫谤腻峁嚹乱腻尘补蝉, the qualities of which are Sattvic, etc., and their power [widely] praised. [They] remove diseases (惫测腻诲丑颈丑补谤补) and are difficult to perform. [However,] by [just] a smidgen of [the Guru鈥檚] compassion, restraint of the mighty breath [occurs] naturally and instantly. [That] Guru who is devoted to contemplation of the supreme goal and who knows the meaning of the Vedas ought to be served鈥�.
