: Pali Kanon: Pali Proper Names1. Vera Sutta. Preached to Anathapindika, on the five dread hatreds: taking life, theft, fleshly lusts, lying, and indulgence in intoxicants. A.iii.204.
2. Vera Sutta. Preached to Anathapindika on the advantages of getting rid of the fivefold dread (given in Sutta 1 above). A.iv.405f.
