According to the 搁耻诲谤补测腻尘补濒补, there are eight main forms of Bhairava who control the eight directions of this universe. Each form (e.g., K膩p膩la) has a further eight sub-manifestations (e.g., 厂补谤惫补诲别惫别艣补), thus resulting in a total of 64 Bhairavas.
When depicting 厂补谤惫补诲别惫别艣补 according to traditional iconographic rules (艣颈濒辫补艣腻蝉迟谤补), one should depcit him (and other forms of K膩p膩la) having a yellow color and should carry in their hands the 办耻峁囜笉补, the 办丑别峁璦办补, the parigha (a kind of club) and 产丑颈峁囜笉颈辫腻濒补.
