Source: Wisdom Library: N膩峁瓂a-艣膩stra笔颈峁囜笉墨辫补迟谤补 (啶た啶｀啶∴啶い啷嵿ぐ) refers to kind of ornament (腻产丑补谤补峁嘺) for the head (艣颈谤补蝉) to be worn by females, according to N膩峁瓂a艣膩stra chapter 23. Such ornaments for females should be used in cases of human females and celestial beings (gods and goddesses).
膧bhara峁嘺 (鈥榦rnaments鈥�, eg., 辫颈峁囜笉墨辫补迟谤补) is a category of 补濒补峁僰腻谤补, or 鈥渄ecorations鈥�, which in turn is a category of nepathya, or 鈥渃ostumes and make-up鈥�, the perfection of which forms the main concern of the 膧h膩ry膩bhinaya, or 鈥渆xtraneous representation鈥�, a critical component for a successful dramatic play.
