(Cooking instructions): The preparation of 鈥榖oontys鈥� for making the mudgamodaka is described as: The green gram flour (诲丑奴尘补蝉墨) is mixed well with water. Pour ghee into a 鈥�办补峁乱颈鈥� vessel. Place a sieve on the top of the vessel. The above prepared mixture is poured through the sieve. Now the green gram solution will fall through the sieve into the ghee in the form of drops (boonti). These drops are cooked and removed into a sugar syrup solution. This is balled. It is called as mudgamodaka. The same preparation is made of black gram solution it is called as ratnamodaka.
