Ѳ辱 (महापिच) refers to “sexual fluids (or various other human fluids), according to the Brahmayāmala-tantra chapter 46.—It is in this chapter that the ṛt comes to fore again in ritual. For the main subject here is ṛt-manthāna, the churning and drinking of the ṛt. The Sādhaka is to make pots from clay obtained from the cremation ground, contruct a sacrificial pavilion from bones, and place the ritual cauldron upon a corpse. He is required to churn a mixture including (sexual fluids or various other human fluids?) using a piece of bone as the churning stick, with a rope made of human hair, intestines and skin (?). The cauldron is identified with Aghorī and the churning stick with Bhairava. In this rite, the Sādhaka re-enacts the cosmic churning of the ocean, and the same miraculous objects emerge (the Kaustubha gem, etc.) as the gods brought forth during the primordial churning.
