: What is India: Inscriptions of the 艢il膩h膩rasLava峁噀ta峁璦 (啶侧さ啶｀啶む) is the name of a village mentioned in the 鈥淏had膩na grant of Apar膩jita鈥�. Lava峁噀ta峁璦, where the temple of the Sun was situated, is the modern village Lo峁嚹佱笉, six miles south-east of Bhiva峁囜笉墨, where there are many ruins of ancient temples.
These copper plates (mentioning Lava峁噀ta峁璦) were found in 1881 with the headman of Bhere, a village about ten miles north of Bhiva峁囜笉墨, the chief town of the Bhiva峁囜笉墨 t膩luk膩 of the Th膩峁嚹� District in the Mah膩r膩峁ａ弓ra State. The grant was made at Sth膩naka on the occasion of the Karka峁璦 蝉补峁卥谤腻苍迟颈 (called) Dak峁峁嚹亂ana, which occurred on the fourth tithi of the dark fortnight of 膧峁Ｄ佱笉ha in the expired 艢aka year 919, when the cyclic year was Hemlamba.
