D墨ghaca峁卥amana is the name of a building constructed by Dev膩na峁僷iya Tissa (B.C. 247-207) at Mah膩vih膩ra in 础苍耻谤腻诲丑补辫耻谤补. Mah膩vih膩ra, also called the Tiss膩r膩ma, was a region in the Southern Area of the city of 础苍耻谤腻诲丑补辫耻谤补, founded in B.C. 246 by Dev膩na峁僷iya Tissa and presented to the great Thera, Mahinda. Its territory (including the D墨ghaca峁卥amana building) comprised the Jotivana (previously called Nandana) and Mah膩megha Parks, the area to south and south-east of the citadel.
