Summary: The Vimalak墨rti Nirde艣a S奴tra teaches, among other subjects, the meaning of nonduality. It contains a report of a teaching addressed to both arhats and bodhisattvas by the layman Vimalak墨rti ("Undefiled Reputation"), who expounds the doctrine of 艣奴nyat膩, or emptiness, to them. This culminates with the wordless teaching of silence.
