Commentary:

[The description of the causal basis for the enunciation of the syllables]

Once the cloud-mass of syllables had emanated, then (de-nas) all the °Õ²¹³Ù³óÄå²µ²¹³Ù²¹²õ (de-bzhin gshegs-pa thams-cad-kyis) uttered this meaningful expression (ched-du brjod-pa 'di brjod-do) concerning the cloud-mass of syllables.
